If someone says that you have love handles, it’s really a nice way of saying that you are carrying around extra fat. A handle that you use to hold someone you care about sounds great. If we face reality, though, these aren’t really handles but fat that has accumulated in the waist area. You have the freedom to set it up as you want in terms of your pace and distance. You may want to try it with a partner. Many people find that, once they build up their endurance a little, they really like running.

There are many benefits to having strong back muscles. This can help you lose any muffin top, by shedding any excess back fat. There are other benefits to a strong back, such as better posture and an increased ability to lift weights or do other strenuous exercises. While your back is important, you also have to concentrate on other body parts as well!
