How good is a vegan diet for health and well being in children?

Only vegetables, fruit and pulses etc are eaten in a vegan diet, nothing containing or made with animal products are eaten. In short, this means that they consume no beef, fish, chicken, veal or pork. They also don’t eat milk products, eggs, or sour cream. They eat vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts and legumes instead.
