You have probably seen a number of funny bumper stickers like this one “These aren’t love handles, they are a fuel tank for a love machine. Have you heard all of the funny ways there are to describe your love handles? You can use humor to justify your overweight condition. Your love handles can be embarrassing to you as well as those around you. Who likes having their excess fat hanging over their waistband of their favorite jeans? Even when someone gives it a cute name like “muffin top” you still try to hide it from the sight of others. It’s a fact that there is a lot you can do about love handles you aren’t stuck with them. See below for some great tips and tricks for getting rid of your love handles.
Daily exercise is one of the best ways to accomplish this. You probably know that not every exercise will work for what you need done. It is important to note that aerobic exercise is the best exercise for your task. Aerobic exercise raises your heart rate and gets blood flowing. With this type of exercise your body burns more of your stored fat because of the amount of energy that is required. Three times a week for thirty minutes of an aerobic workout will do the trick. Over time you should increase to 4 or 5 times each week.

Add in some weight training for toning and you’re good to go. Weight training is beneficial even though it won’t burn fat as fast as other methods. Weight training builds muscle making other exercise a breeze and increasing your metabolism. You will burn fat faster with each increase in metabolism.

Don’t believe those health food nuts who try to sell you supplements that guarantee results. These are never true. Truthfully there is no single exercise that will get rid of those love handles. Building muscle behind love handles can be accomplished with one exercise. You will see them turn more prominent and perky. You certainly don’t want to see that do you?

Your muffin top can be an embarrassment to you. You don’t have to put up with them if you choose not to. There are plenty of ways to reduce these unsightly love handles. Diet and exercise are key to losing body fat. Miracle cures do not exist don’t believe anyone who tries to tell you otherwise. You must stay patient and consistent to get the weight off. Eventually you will be in great shape.
