Know Different Yoga of Baba Ramdev

Swami Ramdev Baba has revolutionized the art of curing diseases. The man had introduced a new form of healing which included some yoga’s which cured most of the ailments that the human body suffers. And the best part is one doesn’t even have to spend a penny for it.

Pranayama is a form of yoga which consists of breathing exercises and recently science has proved that the pranayama breathing cures the body without any medication or surgery too.
Below I am stating some of the most advised yoga’s of Baba Ramdev to be performed daily.
Bhastrika Pranayam

Sit in the lotus pose, take deep breath in and breathe out the air completely. Do this for about 2 minutes to 5 minutes max. Some of the benefits of Bhastrika are curing of thyroid, tonsils etc. In case of severe headache do this for about 20 minutes.

KapalBhati Pranayam

Sitting in the lotus pose push air out forcefully such that the stomach will itself go in. Do it for 30 times or for about 1 min while starting. Increase to 15 minutes gradually.
This pranayam also cures deadly diseases like cancer, hepatitis N, liver functions and even AIDS. This also helps in weight reduction.

Anulom Vilom Pranayam

Close your right nostril with the thumb of your right hand and breathe in from left. Now close the left nostril with the middle and ring finger while opening your right nostril and breathe out through the right. Now do the reverse. This should be done for at least 10 minutes and max 1 hr. Some of the benefits of Anulom Vilom are that it helps in reducing blood pressure, depressions, clearing heart’s blockages, arthritis, migraine pain, Asthma etc.

The pranayam should be done in the morning after we get up and clean our mouth. It is also advised that drinking one glass of water in the morning after we get up cleans the body from its toxics and constipation problems too.

Baharya Pranayam

In this pranayam breathe the air out, touch chin to chest, squeeze stomach completely and hold for a while. Then slowly release chin and breathe in. Do this normally for 3-45 times and max for 11 times.

The Baharya Pranayam benefits the stomach, hernia, and the uterus. Not recommended for heart and high BP patients

Bhramri Pranayam

Close the ears with the thumb, put the index finger on forehead, and rest three on base of nose touching eyes. Slowly breathe in and breathe out through nose while humming like a bee. Do this for around 10 minutes.

The Bhramri Pranayam benefits the heart and high BP patients, decreases tension, hypertension, migraine and increases concentration.
