Outdoor Energy incorporates outdoor fitness programs along Sydney’s Northern Beaches, taking benefit of its environment and scenery we are able to provide high intensity fitness sessions that are fun, effective and affordable.
We strive to make Outdoor Energy a part of your life dedicating our wealth of knowledge to your transformation and continual journey, starting from day one, lasting a lifetime. Maintaining and achieving your desired level of fitness requires consistency and a great attitude.
We focus on all aspects of fitness: Cardio, Flexibility, Strength, Nutrition.
Exercising outdoors provides the perfect environment for achieving consistent mental and physical gains within our outdoor fitness sessions.

Energy Exercising
Exercising is hard and can be very challenging at times, but with Outdoor Energy it makes exercising and achieving your highest potential just that little bit easier. Our motivated and inspiring personal training team talk the talk and walk the walk with you every step of the way. Our programs consist of compound exercises such as cycling, running and boxing, whilst also including weights to help turn your body into a lean, mean metabolising machine.
Energy Nutrition
Eating right is essential for achieving results and Outdoor Energy understands that there is so much information out there that quality nutrition advice is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. For this very reason all our clients receive custom nutrition advice, educating clients about protein, carbohydrates, fats and oils and how they can be used to change their body from the inside out.
Energy Motivation
At Outdoor Energy we know at times its tough to stay disciplined which is why we send our client’s weekly SMS messages that educate and empower clients to stay motivated and focused on their short and long term goals. Our group programs are designed to include two trainers; this ensures Outdoor Energy gets the best out of you!
Energy Fun
We understand that training can get repetitive at times which is why with in each Outdoor Energy program we organise exciting new events every month, especially designed to be dynamically fun for everyone. Like most training groups there will be fun runs, biathlons and triathlons, but we also take groups kayaking, indoor rock-climbing, cycling and other adventurous activities.
