Many of us can spend hours per day on our hair and still remain unsatisfied. We blow dry, we curl, we use a million of products and we somehow still fail to see the results we desire. So what are some of the steps we can take in improving the appearance of our hair naturally? You can keep your hair looking gorgeous without spending too much money and sacrificing its health. By using natural hair care remedies, which you can make yourself at home, you do not need to spend hundreds of dollars or subject your hair to degrading ordeals.

Dry hair looks dull and is often difficult to control after shampooing. Dry hair needs lot of care and nourishment. Rinsing hair with one juiced lemon and one cup of water is said to bring life and shine back to dull hair. 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with two cups of water will give your hair shine and bounce. Add essential oil of ylang ylang to your shampoo, conditioner and styling agents as a hair rejuvenator.

Red henna is another popular ingredient that you can use. This is not for oral consumption. Smear the ingredient onto your scalp. Don’t worry if you see your hair turn bright red. You can wash it off later. Keep massaging the scalp for about 15 to 20 minutes, then leave the henna on for about an hour before washing it off.

There are a few of hair care secrets that are very handy and will help include Apply the mixture of an egg white, 2 spoon of castor oil, 1 spoon glycerin, in the scalp and hair. Massage hair with warm coconut oil an hour before washing. Boil a few hibiscus flowers in coconut oil. Filter and use this hair oil to control hair loss and thinning. Paste on the hair for at least half an hour.

To have a shiny hair with great body and volume, mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 2 cups of lukewarm water. Shampoo your hair and rinse thoroughly. Use the vinegar-water mixture as a final rinse. Your hair would benefit from repeated rinsing of this mixture. This hair care remedy not only restores the softness and shine of your hair, but it also strengthens limp hair.

In some cases, if the hair fall out as a result of any particular disease, they are likely to be replaced when the patient gets rid of the disease. The hair may, in that sense, be called a barometer of disease. The moment the falling of the hair is noticed, one should take to vigorous massage of the scalp, because, if the hair fall and a fine down appear on the scalp, total baldness is not far away.
