There is a lot more to becoming physically fit than doing a bunch of random exercises whenever you seem to feel like it. We have all moaned about “I need to get in shape!” and “I need to be healthier than I am now!” before. If you truly want to get fit you need to make a commitment to a better level of overall health. Your personal trainer will teach you how to use the machines and gym equipment, tell you which fitness classes you should take and help you decide just how much time you should be spending working out each day. More importantly, a professional trainer can be your cheerleader. Starting your own fitness routine is often intimidating.
