The most common problem faced by our women is Fat. That’s one reason we see the increasing number of female gyms and diet conscious shows on TV. Take a group of women busy in their conversations and their topics of interest would be fashion, in-laws or weight loss!

 

In today’s day and age, all we hear is people ranting and raving about how their weight doesn’t decrease, how their exercise and diets are so futile, how they have no time for such futile exercise and diets, and how their old clothes no longer fit them. Many have lost faith in the gym, in their stingy eating habits, and even in the weighing scale. Stop and think for a second: maybe it’s because they’re following the wrong weigh loss programmed.

 

For many, a weight loss program is simple: just eat less. But this produces slow, gradual changes, along with crabby temper and mood swings. It’s not healthy to skip breakfast, or to have only salad for lunch, or run for an hour twice a day. Some diets are specifically designed to produce amazing results without the seemingly required ‘less food.

The diet lets one know what foods to avoid, what foods to enjoy, what the ‘no-no’ foods are, and gives a detailed menu, complete with recipes, on what to eat every single day. The best part is, it works without exercise, and still allows one to eat some fattening foods while losing weight.

 

The First Tip of the diet is the strictest and lasts two weeks. In it, one is asked to avoid all carbohydrates, with the emphasis on fruit, bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, sugar, alcohol and baked goods. Foods allowed, in fact stressed on, are lean meats, like chicken, fish, that lack fat or flesh Foods with a low glycemic.  Such as vegetables, low-fat cheese, nuts, and eggs are also allowed. Because of these foods, the body will lose its insulin resistance and resort to excess body fats, and the dieter will begin to lose, here it is: eight to twelve pounds. That’s phase I alone. During all this, the dieter eats three meals a day, including snacks 8 to 12 pounds without even feeling hungry!

 

The Second Tip is a little more relaxed. Some of the previously banned foods begin entering the menu again, though in smaller proportions. The dieter continues the weight loss but at a smaller pace of one to two pounds a week, and is encouraged to stay in this phase until he/she has reached the desired weight. Foods with a low glycemic are still emphasized on.

 

The third Tip is there is a cautionary warning, though. Anyone with an illness, or a kidney problem or diabetes, or who is pregnant, should consult their physician first. Whatever you do just make sure that too much of everything can be dangerous for you. The same goes for too little of anything as well. In order to be fit and healthy, you have to maintain a balance. So, stop complaining and sharpen that will power of yours with the right amount of perseverance, you can now finally say goodbye to your muffin top, love handle nightmares.
