Calorie Shifting – A Fast Weight Loss Diet

If you are looking for a fast and easy diet to lose weight, then you should really consider calorie shifting. The premise is pretty simple but like any other diet it requires you to create a plan and stick to it. The great thing about the calorie shifting diet is the fact that you are able to eat foods that you normally would eat on a daily basis.

In order for calorie shifting to be successful, you’ll need to eat several small meals each day. Each of these meals needs to have a different amount of calories in it. This is the key to tricking your body into thinking that you are actually overeating. When your system thinks it has more calories than it needs to survive, it will raise your metabolism naturally and burn off more calories. In fact, the more meals you eat, the better off you will be. Make sure, however, to start with a set amount of calories for the day and try to not exceed that amount. You simply decide how many times you want to eat during any given day and divide those calories up into different amounts for each of the meals that you’ll be eating. Eat a big meal followed by three small meals, then a medium sized meal to finish off the day. Switch things around the next day, and so forth.

The calorie shifting method has worked for many people and it is completely natural and safe. If you decide to give this diet a try, an important thing to remember is to not snack at all. Snacking will throw off the whole process and you may become discouraged when you don’t see any results!
