The Simple Diet Guide, is it a Scam Or the Real Deal?

So you’ve heard about the new weight loss program that everybody is shouting about, right? And you want to know what all the fuss is about, and most of all – does it actually work or is it just another scam? Well let me introduce myself first. My name is William Messruther and I am an experienced dieting consultant. I have been studying and working in this field for 6 years now. In particular I spend most of my time studying the latest fad diets and wether or not they actually work, followed by the effects they can have on people. So now you know a little about me, lets get back to the point of this article already!

I have received a lot of emails recently from people asking about this diet program called The Simple Diet Guide, so I thought it was about time I checked this one out. At first I thought, “Oh here we go, yet another money making machine on the loose trying to scam people out of their hard earned pennies!”, but to my amazement this was actually not the case!

The Simple Diet Guide offers two packages, gold and platinum – both of which are reasonably priced. For my studies I went with the Platinum package to see everything they have to offer. Upon signing up and logging in, things are looking good already! The members area is nice and bold and has 6 main features which comprise of; a downloadable PDF which is the actual 60 page Dieting Guide, a Lifestyle Questionnaire, a Diet Generator, a Calorie Diary, a Printable Recipe Section, and a Community Forum.

The main thing I want to talk about is the Diet Guide they offer. I have read this from top to bottom and I can tell you that this is the real deal, seemingly written by professionals. Very simple to understand, it tells you everything that you NEED to know about the Metabolism, Calories, Anabolism and Catabolism, GI Index, Nutrition and Food Types, Hydration, BMI, Methods to follow, Money saving tips and more. Now that may seem a bit of gobbledy-gook to you, but they have managed to keep it short and simple, while still giving you adequate information.

The rest of the site features also managed to impress me and I will briefly take you over my findings now. The lifestyle questionnaire is designed to get info about your personal health situation and the team use this in order to give you personal advice on what you can do to improve you quest in weight loss. The Diet Generator was fantastic and allows you to tell it what food you like and dislike, then transforms this information into a 2 week eating plan! The calorie Diary lets you keep track of your daily calorie intake, and the Recipe section is full of exciting recipes to try. The forum was a good community full of people with the same goals who where sharing their experiences and achievements.

So as you may have gathered already, I was very impressed with this package as a whole and will most certainly be recommending it to future clients. There are many sites out there that claim to help you lose weight, but I can tell you from my knowledge that most are scams, and a lot are very unhealthy. The Simple Diet Guide is none of these and it is definitely worth the small investment as they claim, and I back them up on the fact that you WILL lose weight if you stick to this plan.
